Pool area overcrowded, insufficient shaded seating options!!! Beach conditions could be better managed for cleanliness!!! The in-room fridge was disappointingly ineffective.

Fantastic beachfront location and the infinity pool kept our family entertained every day. The kids' club had limited hours, making it tricky for activities. The Mexican dishes at El Patio were delicious.

The layout of the resort can be quite unyielding. some rooms risk views of back-of-house operations rather than picturesque scenery. Dining options, while plentiful, often have multiple restaurants closed during dinner hours, limiting variety. Plus, the upkeep of certain facilities, like the hot tub areas, seemed disrupted frequently due to wedding preparations, making it feel less exclusive.

The infinity pool was absolutely perfect for relaxing! 🌊 The beachfront was stunning, and we loved how attentive the staff were. One downside was the limited hours at the kids' club, but overall, we had a fantastic time!

The beachfront was fine, lined with soft white sand and crystal-clear turquoise waters-perfect for lounging! I fell in love with the infinity pool. It felt like swimming right into paradise. The dining options were very nice, with delicious authentic Mexican dishes at El Patio that had my taste buds dancing!
